Bert Chapman is who I hired to finish a job for me. His workmanship is very professionally pleasing. Very good trim work, prep and painting and always cleaned up at the end of the day. He's a very likable and trustworthy individual. He prepared a written contract for us both to sign. And included a one year warranty for his labor.
